If they turn down his ridiculous offer to have yet another audit then he will say, "What is NQ trying to hide?" and if they accept it then it would be four more months of doubt and uncertainty they he can make money off of.

Maybe NQ should respond they will only take up his offer if Carson pays another big 4 auditor, KPMG or Ernst and Young, to do the additional audit instead of Planke & Maron. I doubt Block is actually willing to pay a few million himself for an audit.

Good first post Muckey! Unfortunately, probably no one will ever even know how much Carson and his cohorts made off of this and i sure wouldn't expect him to ever tell the truth. Apart from that, I like the idea.
