No more good news please

I really don't want to be argumentative, but, in reality, the same percentages of closely held shares and float will prevail. Nothing changes, zip, nada, zilch.

The answer to increasing pps is to create value and to let the world know it. Silence from IOC management is not encouraging to the market. They are not out there selling the IOC story.

I believe MH is is it for MH and in it for the long haul. He really doesn't care how many years it takes since he has nothing on the line and has good earnings each year. He will benefit from his successes.

He has surrounded himself with surrogates from his past and controls thing, at least for now.

If one is in IOC for the long haul, this will probably play out quite well. Just don't expect a proactive IOC management under MH to promote IOC to the market. Not going to happen, IMHO.

Perhaps it is that many very knoweldgeable people with a very calm dispostion are aprehensive of a buy out.

I don't know who or why any Super would consider that at this time.

It is a odd industry of indepentents.  Recall RDS spent 6 Billion USD on the Alaska off shore work, and they did not even get a drill bit to the ocean floor.
