Since MGMT is living on on "our dime" they shouldn't withhold information!!! If Duma is a problem it's matarial.

Charley, I can certainly understand your attitude and inclination toward "capitulation" at this point. However, the more I see people at that point, the more likely we are seeing a bottom, since that is a primary emotion at bottoms. You also generally see higher volume at climax bottoms, like today. As hard as it is, you need to take emotion out of it as much as you can. If you can't stand doing nothing any longer, consider selling part (half?) and leaving some of the "house" money invested for now. You can always sell more or buy back if you decide it is appropriate.

So you're assuming that Duma is a problem, and that makes it material to........ you.  IF Duma is a problem to getting these deals done, you think they issue a statement to that effect?  Guess what?  Go read the annual AIF and look at the risks for IOC which are disclosed every year and which seem to scare the bejeebers out of many who read them.  They say that for many reasons they may not accomplish their goals and objectives.  They say that political situations in PNG could mess up their plans.  They say that they may not get the financing in place to get things done.  They say that they could lose licesnes.  It's all out there.  Now do they say ""Duma is a problem" directly.  Phoque no because it's covered under other risks.  Guess what also?  Those disclosures have been there every year to say, "Investor be ware.  If you invest your dime in this company, and any of these risks materialize, you may lose your dime.  So please invest wisely."

IOC is governed by its policies and procedures, by-laws, the SEC SEDAR, etc.  There are rules and regulations and requirements a far as what they must disclose to shareholders and beyond that it's optional.  If you read the requirements of what they MUST disclose and when I doubt you'll find a "Duma" requirement outside what they disclose in the AIF that will fit your desire.  I don't want them blabbing "unnecessary" things out side of what they are legally required to do.  They used to do far too much of that, and Hession has stopped all of that.  You may want the loose lips of old, but that has gone by the way side.  That's the way forward, and your "dime" isn't going to change that.  So at this point you have that choice to keep that "dime" invested in IOC, or not.  But if you decide to keep it invested, the way it is as far as disclosures is the way it will be.  But it's your dime to "spend" as you choose and vote that "dime" at the AGM.  Majority rules, not one "dime".

And you KNOW this for sure instead of it being deal negotiations between XOM, PNG, IOC, buyers of expansion train LNG, OSH, Santos, Gulf LNG planning, etc.. It's Duma for sure.

Not necessarily;  you do not know that.  That depends on what they are trying to get done and the situation on the other side, or sides, and how much time is appropriate for that.  Do you know all that;  I don't, as much as I wish I did, and as tired of waiting as I am.

It is my understanding that buyers for expansion train LNG is not an issue that would delay the deal, that it is not a concern for Exxon.

Again, you use the word "delay". I'm not insinuating any potential buyers for expansion LNG are "delaying" a deal announcement, but that people make assumptions that deals would/should be announced based on arbitrary dates (Hession's 90 days, etc), then anything beyond that is a "delay". None of us has enough information about ALL of what is transpiring with the deals to be able to say beyond "x" means there are troubles and delays.

I want black and white when deals are complete and binding, and details have teeth to drive pps higher for good. Whenever that is.
