STP- If anyone still has doubts, ask them to re-read page 16 concerning the next 3 months payments that MS expects to receive. ( page 16 of their 19 page report) !!  Won't it be fun if next few weeks are awesome ? !!!

It is my hope that we see a two week PPS run up followed by the XOM 4.6T announcement/ PPS pop followed by two more weeks of PPS run up followed by the 2nd project announcement/PPS pop followed by a spectacular holiday for all followed by several drilling updates in jan followed by CV announcing our 8 or 10 for 1 share split. Yes, maybe some wishful thinking with bengals colored glasses on this morning, but I think this is what we will see over the next 90 days. Can't believe the stock market is closed on weekendsSmile GLTA Bobby

Bobby- Good Sunday am to you.Maybe a bit conservative to your thinking, but in the near term I would like to see a 3-1 stock split, then in 18 months or so a 2-1 follow up split.Should have a nice appreciation in the pps in between. GLTY.

Neither of us are lawyers and it's fair to say IOC has legal advice. When it must be made public is a legal question .

Iluvioc is using common sense which is different than a legal opinion .

Thanks Stavros. There is the official "Deal is done" and the common sense conclusion, the deal is done. I don't like to stand in line thank you.

Stock Splits do NOTHING to increase value.  Merely getting 2 nickles for a dime is all.

DM, In theory, you're right, but when has the market been predictable? I wouldn't count on it...lol

Stock splits increase liquidity and lower the price for 100 shares or they attract more investors. They reduce the ability of shorts to manipulate IOC's stock's price and this is sorely needed because of IOC's low float or concentrated ownership. They will split the stock for these reasons.

jft- Thanks...my thoughts are the same.( have sure enjoyed our XOM stock splits for the past 41 years) . Could IOC be similar in the next 41 years ? Who knows for certain? [only the Shadow knows!]  You guys are probably too young for the Shadow. HA,ha. Could IOC be a baby xom someday....maybe,if we look and " see the forest instead of the trees". Good luck to all our board members !

I think the trees also give an accurate picture, especially the one we have here Smile
