The earlier scam involved the "Zero Emission Fuel Saver" ("ZEFS"
. the latter the AOT technology (described in the Steele article) which reduces the viscosity of crude oil, thereby making it less restrictive to pipeline transport.
With a market cap of $170M and no revenues, we would be very careful with this one, to say the least..
