SP today

Notice that at EOD some momo money comes in to buy shares hoping for a gap up next day pending the release of "news". Once we do not see news by the open of trading, they all come out at once and hence we see the drop in the SP. It has been happening daily in the last two weeks.... we will be ok, at EOD we will be back up again, you can swing it daily...lol.

Mountainbiker, I would guess a majority of those shares traded at end of day are shorts covering.  Then when nothing happens overnight, they sell (short) first thing in the morning, hoping it drifts lower during the day.  Rinse and repeat......

Sure, the shorts covering into the close is also a soud reason. I guess we will range bound until the "news" are out....

Too many long investors placing stops at $21, $20.5, $20 trigerring the downticks.........hmmm

Shorts have a time frame of a week at least to manipulate since we know the earnings won't be out in the 'near term'. No volume to support down day. Could be a healthy pullback to reset RSI. Not a terrible thing

Mmhm. I flipped my March 22nd calls for April 19th ones today. Only 12 trading days left on the March ones and the audit/ER date hasn't been released yet. Figured I'd buy some time.

Yeah I pushed my 17.5s out last week. I'm gonna hold onto my 15s and let them exercise. Don't want to take too much short term gains

although a down day, positive money 1 mm flows in. Wait for ER and auditing result.

The rubber band effect on NQ will be unleashed soon.....

I think the issue is starting to be the timing of news. It's a shame that we could not have all this information out by now while the Chinese internet/mobile related stocks are doing so well. Obviously I'm long and still bullish, but I think the "delay" if we can call it one will start to effect major moves in the near term.
