MOSCOW, July 30 (Reuters) - The third train at Russia's sole LNG plant Sakhalin-2 could be launched in 2021, Sakhalin Energy, which runs the project, said on Thursday.

It said in its corporate newspaper the final investment decision on the construction of the third train was expected in the second half of 2017.

The third train will allow an increase in production at Sakhalin-2 to 15 million tonnes of LNG per year from around 10 million tonnes. (Reporting by Katya Golubkova and Denis Pinchuk, editing by Elizabeth Piper)

And that TOTAL will develop Yamal before Papua LNG, eh?

Anything in the Arctic will be extremely low cost because it's so cold that you don't need half the equipment!

Thanks, kerekesc, that sure is what it sounded like.  At least I didn't falsely accuse him of a "personal attack" and of "dragging him into the mud with him".  HO HO!

I can hardly wait for the stock to get back up (which it will) and improve the mood and tone around here, not to mention the objectivity (NOT accusing Stavros of not having the latter).
