No Decision in Yukon

Taking solace in the fact that the share price is holding its recent gains. If the court were considering anything negative, someone would be selling.

I very seriously doubt the Court would place any "appraisal" or valuation on Antelope South without a single well being drilled, even if the Court were moving in that direction overall.

I would assume so, but nothing approaching the payments on E/A.  Whatever is there, Total got very cheaply, and everything else in PRL 15 beyond E/A basically for free, or maybe as a bonus for being nice enough to do a deal and put its name on it!! I guess in this industry, companies like IOC usually get taken advantage of, to put it nicely.

At least in the Total deal, of course, we/IOC retained a major ownership in ALL of PRL 15, while now, or course, Exxon is getting all of IOC's interest in ALL of it, with a permanent cap on what's owed for E/A.
