I have not researched everything thoroughly, but "what the court said in PM's release" refers to a personal incentive of $32 million, not $50 million.  Also, I didn't see anything specifically about supposed efforts to reduce estimates/certifications I was commenting on above.

Without a question, stipulating water drive for the appraisal and agreeing to the cap, was/is huge.

Very interesting comment, Art.  I am aware that OSH apparently stipulated water drive for at least one of the appraisals for them (OSH and the recipient(s) of their variable payment), but I also thought I heard that was not the case for IOC/Total.  Are you saying that IOC management stipulated water drive for their/our appraisals/certifications?  Where is that coming from?

I don't think there is ANY water drive info. It's not something that get's talked about in public I suspect.

Call PIE in Houston . They can fill you in on the drive info .
In addition why were the appraisals labeled "tainted " and why were both apprIsers banned from further work .
So we can assume you bought back in? Appears you have missed some relevant info whole you out of the stock

That would likely be referring to total comp. including stock, not just buyout incentive.  Still grossly offensive; I am not defending him.
