Update: Mr. Gruber emailed me back within the hour and said because he / his firm is representing Eda Kopa / Kumul / PNG currently in this matter that he is precluded from giving advice. He did recommend two different attorneys / firms so I'll be reaching out to both tomorrow morning to pursue this further. I will post when I know more from these firms. Thank you!

Thank you for your efforts! The reply of Mr.Gruber is a little strange to me as I do not see any conflict of interest. Furthermore he could contact Kopa and present the matter to him. The way I see it is that we would be in a better position if he would represent both parties with one common goal. I am not a lawyer, but I do have experience as I have argued a case against the Philippine government at the Swiss Supreme court as a private individual and won the case (in Switzerland that is possible, you don't need legal representation at the supreme court).

I emailed the two referred attorneys this morning. Mr. Gruber (who is repping Eda Kopa PNG) was great and now has our letter & concerns as well.
Great teamwork from everybody on this board! Let's continue to work together and I will update as I know more.

Yes, indeed, a great group of decent people on this forum. Once more LongNautilus, thank you and everyone else for your efforts.
We all can't expect miracles over night, but in the long run we might profit from the outcome of the PNG lawsuit, as it will set a legal precedent. Provided they win of course.

Long Nautilus - I will hold off on calling BGB&L (John Rizo-Hamilton) until we hear about your two contacts. No sense in getting to many lawyers at once.
Good Job - waiting to hear you outcome.

Sorry a little late to the party. Haven't been keeping my eye on NUS for a couple weeks.
My wife's brother is a senior partner in a very large law firm. They don't do class action but he is friends with a lawyer that works for the biggest class action firm in BC. I'm getting her contact info shortly and will update tomorrow if possible. I think that a BC firm should handle this. Hopefully their is no conflict. My concern is assets and insurance. MB and Mettlo may have tied this up nicely so that the entity that we are suing doesn't have any cash, just assets. Possibly squeezing water from a rock or money from large iron machines in this case. I'll see what she says when I contact her. M

despite all the sad things that is happening, being on the forum and seeing how we try to find out of things is very up lifting

I believe that if we do a class action that we do not just go after Nautilus, but MB , Mettlo, all the directors (eg Horn that moved from nautilus to DSMF) and the owners of of MB and Mettlo.
