Like many of you, I'm wondering why Nautilus shares are still trading.  Then it occurred to me that maybe some speculators were in essence "buying an option" on a favorable settlement in our planned class action litigation.  A trader could be buying shares for a penny/share in hopes that a settlement will occur that will result in dime-or-more/share.

I believe we have a strong case.  Should negotiations proceed for a settlement, hopefully, deep sea mining operations will already be underway and a huge cash flow established by the defendants.  That possibility should be an enticement for a law firm to represent the shareholders in this dispute.

I also appreciate the efforts of everyone on the board.  Let us continue to move forward together for a just settlement.

Just wanted to provide a quick update: I spoke with attorney #1 last evening for about 40 mins. Attorney #2 sent me a detailed email after asking about the parties to be named in the suit - which I responded with MB, Metallovest, DSMF, Mark Horn, Tariq Al Barwani and Glenn Withers. I have not heard back as of yet and I'm fairly certain I will shortly.

After I speak with Atty #2 I will update in more detail. I think using Fong's email distribution list maybe the best avenue for that. Thoughts?

LongNautilus - you are the BEST! THANK YOU so much for all your efforts and time dedicated to our cause. Also, I agree with rocksharp. I have noticed in the past at least 3 or 4 times in the last 6 months, that following such volatility as we saw today with NUSMF, there seems to be news or an announcement a day or so later. That tells me, as I've always suspected that there are others on the inside or those who know more than us, that are choosing to buy this stock even in it's current state. Agree with rock's theory too, that the latest buying round is someone or multi-party's speculating on options in hopes of a settlement later down the road. Anyone else care to share their thoughts?

Yup, that was the intent of it. Shoot me an email when you need it - I'm still adding to it daily.

And again: who is buying this stock??? Volume almost 1,900,000 shares. Doesn't make any sense...

Check to see what the lawyers say about this. I had to print every share purchase and sale for SUNE and the form had specific date ranges and types of shares and on the back page they had a list of dates and the estimated level of price fraud at that moment. When they calculate a settlement, I don't think it'll be a straight amount per share. It may be different amounts based on the exact date of your buys and sells. I think people who buy in after the bankruptcy for a tiny fraction of what the aggrieved parties paid will not get the same amount per share as people who bought at higher prices. I highly recommend you make this topic a question for the lawyers.
