I've contacted another firm and had a talk with a lawyer. He said he would look into and took my email down. He didn't email me but said he would. The only two parts he sounded hesitant on was that the case wrapped up a long time ago, and he said it was at most 30 cents in recent history. He also asked if I was an original investor. Honestky based on his not emailing me yet, idk if he will contact me. Also had one of the two I contacted last week call but when I explained the situation her interest went down and said it wasn't her area. She said it may be fraud and she'd have her colleague reach out to me but I'm getting exhausted from all the ghosting I'm getting. Lol. Might not have a case here fellas.

I believe there is a case but we are David against Goliath.  Would take a brave lawyer to take us on.

Hey guys. I emailed the first law firm I contacted again. He apologized and said he didn't mean to leave me hanging.

He told me his Canadian affiliated firm is still looking into it. And he will get back to me if they view it as a case worth their time.

That gave me some hope!

Good work.  Keep in mind that the company was taken over by debt holders not other stock holders.  They debt holders might have owned shares but it was the debt that gave them control.

I explained to them that the new private company created to finance an open operating line of credit in exchange for equity. They took over 50% of the company didnt they (the two largest shareholders) if you count their personal stakes and the equity owned by DSMF, which is the company owned by the two largest shareholders right?

I mean I did mention the line of credit, but gave the narrative that they took control between the two largest shareholders and DSMF. I think the three parties had over 50% of the company by the end of it.

I followed up with lawyer late last week. He said he is not ignoring me and they are still looking into the issue. So I guess we just need to give them time
Also had another discussion with another law firm.
