Hopeful Thread
Sure, no doubt LN, financial gain would be great. But I would also like to experience satisfaction through finding out that we were right all along and that this was not just all a stinking fraud and giant rip off of our hard earned money.

Wow...... But    Nautilus was placed under Canadian courts supervised liquidation in 2019 that resulted in Deep Sea Mining Finance Limited (DSM) – a private company acquiring 100 per cent shares in Nautilus. What does this statement mean regarding our shares that we supposedly hold?

I'm wondering about that too and apparently so does PNG.

It will be interesting to see if the share price moves with this information.

Some random questions that came to mind:

1.) How are they going to start any mining activities without a ship? It takes multiple months (maybe years) to customize a vessel for seabed mining. Is MDL Energy just going to give back our ship?
2.) Pre-CCAA Nautilus held the mining licenses which cannot be transferred. Does that mean "our" Nautilus is still an functioning entity?
3.) Why are executives still using Nautilus Minerals in their profiles?
4.) What kind of mining company name is Deep Sea Mining Finance?
5.) Is this when they "reverse merge" DSMF into the now debt free Nautilus shell that still holds the PNG mining licenses and recapitalize nusmf on the OTC?
6.) How can DSMF own 100% of Nautilus' outstanding shares when our small group still holds our shares (probably under 5 million)?
7.) Was DSMF the group who bought the 160+ million shares btwn 1/1 2019  - 7/31/2023? If not them who, why?
8.) Mettallo, Mawarid and DSMF's share total, plus the 160+ million does give them damn near 100%. Is that what they're referring to?
9.) PNG are equity holders to the tune of $150 million. The Canadian Courts put them in the same category as us during the CCAA. What has changed?
10.) Why is nusmf still being traded and shorted?
11.) TMC's mining plans in International Waters just got pushed back at least 12 months. Is this when TMC and Nautilus (DSMF or whatever) merge?

We could be dead wrong, but then again we could be right. Who knows - lets just keep our fingers crossed.

Answering number 6.  I believe we hold ADR shares in the US Market.  These are proxy shares and not real shares.  So the 100 percent might be the Canadian shares and we hold just useless paper that is no longer linked to the Canadian shares.  Who knows?  The guys that do aren't forthcoming with the answers.

This is the clearest article I've read on the ISA mining rules - thank you for posting Hold.

If DSMF is really going to start mining activities this year in PNG I would keep an eye on their website for any changes. Also I just noticed that their logo is Nautilus Minerals' logo just upside down - huh. Maybe I'm being too much of a conspiracy theorist now......
