Nautilus Minerals ownership Nautilus Minerals Inc. is a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. As at November 2018, it had a market capitalisation of around 50 million Canadian dollars (K135 million). Its major shareholders are MB Group (30 per cent) and Metalloinvest Holdings (20 per cent). Both were major shareholders in 2013 when the State was pressed by Nautilus to participate in the project. Nautilus has since undergone significant changes in key personnel. The chairman resigned in December 2017, and the chief executive officer resigned in August 2018 (or were terminated) over disagreements in funding strategy. There had been significant turnover in senior project staff members over the years.

Its exciting to see so much action lately after a year or so of scrapping for any info, or rather seeing if Long Nautilus has uncovered anything new. Thank you Mr. LN!
Its pretty clear they are moving forward unless PNG is mistaken. And they seem to be moving forward as Nautilus Minerals. I guess the only question is if they have gone through all this trouble only to try and maneuver around the shareholders who have supported them for the last 10-15 years. A truly long term investment should be allowed to come along for the ride despite a change in the original ownership.

HLV let's hope that we last remaining shareholders are allowed to stay involved and keep our ownership in this continuing company - which is really just Nautilus Minerals as we all know.

I think it's all been a big legal international shell game and I'm never, ever selling my shares of Nautilus Minerals. Everybody start praying for a miracle - we need it!!
