Interesting when you look through the SPA a bit. XOM def had plans for drilling Ant. In fact the caption in Annex 2 that shows the planned prospect SE of Ant2 says "Proposed Antelope XOM Wells 11-26-2013". Must not have wanted it badly enough. They were Totally outbid.
