  1. Nice pics STP! I assume these are from within last day or so? Nice to see some blue skies and some white clouds. Maybe that bodes well for the new year.

Anyone know what ETA is for bit to turn? I assume they now have to set the engine, fuel tanks, water tanks, get driling mud ready, etc? Within 4-5 days we spud?

  2. Isn’t that a marvel !

Just think of the coordination of resources and “logistics” to bring us to this point of view.

Hurrah for our Band of IOC Brothers Long.

    Lets Drill !!!!

    Tusker

  3. Meg LaSle sent these pictures to me on Tuesday and I passed them on to STP. Meg said the Derrick went up the night before. She said should be spiffing any day. That was two days ago.

  4. Hands together clapping. Very exciting. Yeah Tusk I agree, to get all that equip up there in the middle of nowhere – amazing! Janine how are you??

  5. Hello Harry! All is well. Happy New Years to all! Things I’m hearing: 1) NEC understands and is onboard 2) Road to E/A is almost complete (you can drive a car/truck to and from 3) New rig is almost ready, just painted red + white, after road is paved it will be shipped to ANT#3 this year and start drilling 4)A Petro-chemical plant will be built also down the road. Here is your question, what will the new rig find between 12,000 and 14,000 feet below ground?

  6. That’s why they bought the new rig to go deeper, into those sandstones where that black stuff may be hiding??There is talk they may drill all the existing wells deeper.
