• According to Larry Kudlow, there is no mystery why the American economy is performing subpar – it is Obamacare which destroys growth, jobs and investment.
• On closer inspection, many of the arguments used by Kudlow turn out to be either with little substantiation or even wrong.
• We will therefore argue that Obamacare isn’t causing any major economic disaster, and in fact, there are some aspects of the law that actually have economic benefits.
