• OilSearch takover of InterOil is a bit of an anti-climax for InterOil sharholders.
• There is much to be dissatisfied about and comlaint with and we don’t think current management has done a particularly good job.
• However, whether InterOil is viable as a stand alone company is not guaranteed either.
